Here comes the rain in St. Paul. I just stepped out to take the garbage out and there was a big flash of lightning and some rolling thunder. Doesn’t appear to be anything dangerous but it’s going to be enough to kickstart spring, green everything up, and wash the sand off the streets (and maybe contribute to flooding on the Minnesota river and the lower Mississippi)..
