Has any other president done that childish, moronic holding up his signed EOs and waving them around like a toddler? I have seen many photos of signings, but cannot find a single one that does that ridiculous crap.

(I know, unimportant in the realm of atrocities we are dealing with, but it is so absurd and idiotic.)
