True, but compared to the current clown act/shitshow, his Administration was at least run competently- maybe that’s the one saving grace about the Trump Circus…

Dubya was scarcely a braintrust, but at least he and rest of his gang - vile ideologues as they were - knew how a President was supposed to look and act (and administer): not sure what’s worse: that Trump doesn’t and can’t: or that his cheering crowds of MAGAts don’t care.
