Specter has a recurrence of his cancer, and probably won’t be running for re-election.

i’m sorry his cancer is back, i’m can only hope that if he runs again he gets soundly defeated in the primary …… why he was continuously voted into office is beyond me….. he is one of the many “r’s” that should be kicked out of the party and stripped of all committee positions
