Reid appoints the conferee and if the GOP doesn’t show up then move ahead without them. I keep wondering how you define leadership? The democrats have no responsibility in this. Be fair, they all have dropped the ball. The basic fact is that could all have been avoided if the house and the senate would get along. The problem is the three leaders let other leaders creep into the situation and they can’t handle them.

Obama is just as much the blame as Reid and Boehner. They can’t stop blaming each other long enough to get the job done. If they were in a major corporation they would all be fired.
