As imperfect and bigoted as the founding fathers may have been, at least, unlike Fischer, they were enlightened enough to see the need for the separation of Church and state, and understood that people actually do have a right to practice whatever religion they want, regardless of how we may feel about it. If Fischer had his way, America would be a theocracy, something each of them would have dreaded.
He’s no different than the Taliban attitude wise if you ask me.
