I also made Key Lime Pie, which almost turned into a pie disaster!

I was pouring the filling into the pie crust when I thought Hey, this filling texture is all wrong, it never came out this creamy before. I tasted it and BLEAGH OMG JFC I FORGOT TO PUT IN THE SUGAR!!!!!!

So I *carefully* scraped all the filling out of the crust. Some crumbs got into the filling because I made a graham cracker crust instead of a blind baked crust. Put it all back into the mixer, added the sugar, mixed for 2 minutes and then poured it back into the crust.

This never happened before. Iā€™m getting older LOL.
