Darth, that was a memorable meal we had at Porto Nuevo. We also had broiled shrimp and scallops with the lobster and they made the original Caesar Salad on the side where they cracked the coddled eggs and added the Worcestershire, EVOO and quesa!

I love making my own Caesar. As much as I love using egg yolks and being a purist, my wife got me to try a new recipe and now I make the best Caesar in about 5 minutes:
1 big/2 small clove(s) garlic
1-2 anchovy fillets
1/2ish+ tsp Dijon or strong mustard
healthy dash Worcestershire sauce
1 small tub Fage yogurt (I use 0% fat - works as well as the others)
Juice of a lemon
1/4-1/3 cup olive oil
salt, pepper
Put it in a bowl and blend with an immersion blender. Dollop onto romaine.
