I’m glad to see that while some things change, appreciation of a good movie remains the same here. Remember when people were calling it Jewish Violent fantasy porn or something along those lines. I can’t find the link, but I think the review was at the NYT.

I haven’t seen it, don’t think I will, but I was troubled by the note of some of the reviewers’ criticism. They seemed mortally offended at the idea of a violent Jewish revenge fantasy.

Not everything has to be an uplifting tale of pious forgiveness, dudes.
