I’ve heard no evidence suggesting certainty it would be overturned upon appeal. Do you have any? J. Christian Adams certainly doesnt indicate that was part of the calculation.
I understand there is a major revulsion to the hyper-hype of FOX but I’ve not seen evidence to counterbalance the substance of the story. Are you guys suggesting this whistleblower is just a nutter and do you have evidence for that?
