Congress has a dismal approval ratings. I fail to see how the GOP as a whole will improve on it’s position. Not to mention, the General Election campaign has barely started. The DNC and Obama are just dusting off the campaign.

I’m trying to figure out how, after the GOP took hit after hit in the polls for their Congressional hijinks, and their apparent desire for a repeat with the passage of the “Ryan Plan,” how they’re expected to make serious gains in November.
