Not that Trump was going to win Minnesota anyway, but what incompetence! Its probably been 156 years since the last time a GOP presidential candidate wasn’t on the ballot in every state in the union.
The last time a Republican Presidential candidate wasn’t on the ballot in a state was 1912, when Teddy Roosevelt ran as the Progressive/ “Bull Moose” candidate and kept President William Howard Taft off the ballot in South Dakota.
Taft won eight electoral votes that year, from Vermont and Utah.
