Rachel is doing some coverage on Connecticut’s Supreme Court’s decision in allowing the Sandy Hook families to sue Remington (Bushmaster).

The lawyer representing the families seems to be taking a similar approach as the lawyers and activists that took down big tobacco.

He is going after their marketing documents as he is trying to show they are selling a product that is against the law as it is being marketed as a military rifle that gives the owner military type response to any threat.
