I’m thinking as a Christian nation, we take care of them. And when I see them working on Thanksgiving and Christmas, as I have seen them do on houses around here, I’ll think of how little the person you’re paraphrasing actually does compared to the people who want to be here.

Gonna channel my inner Anonymouse here, but we ain’t a Christian nation. We’re a secular nation with a Christian majority, governed by a secular document.

Which, given how a lot of Americans practice their version of Christianity, makes this atheist a bit nervous here.
