It’s pretty mild here too, about the same as your location - I have the window open and it’s nice to get some fresh air in the apartment.

I follow the vaunted German tradition of airing the place out once every day, usually first thing in the morning, regardless of temperature. Sometimes only five minutes or so in the dead of winter but longer if it is warmer.

Unlike Germans, I have screens on my windows in the warmer months. I live near a creek and have a streetlight outside my living room window so it attracts a lot of bugs otherwise.
