Josh Marshall at TPM had an article reiterating a point he made before about how what we really need is an executive branch audit, since:

1.) We don’t know what happened, so we’re better off reserving judgement until we find out.
2.) It’s bad for the President to be directing the Justice Department
3.) The Justice Department is the wrong tool, since it’s concerned with prosecutable crimes and is designed to not divulge findings of non-criminal bad acts.

GITMO!

Useful since the REPUBLICANS refused to close it.
