I got one of the KitchenAid Pro models about 5 years ago. That thing can handle massive amounts of bread dough (sourdough, even) and just keep on going. I love it.

BTW, the KitchenAid mixers they sell at WalMart are actually a cheaper, crappier version of the regular ones. If you ever want to buy one, don’t buy it there.

I do not buy anything at Walmart.
