I miss the Russian (really hot, very tasty) mustard. Can’t stand Dijon and such.

Hmmm………sounds good. Here we have traditional mustard (which reminds me of French’s Mustard), but also a kᖞnska (horseradish) mustard that’s quite good, actually.
