That’s Drudge’s ‘Drudge Report’ bot, it just spits out what he posts to his website. Notice that @DRUDGE_REPORT has tweeted over 234,000 times. His personal account is @DRUDGE, and as you can see there are no tweets. He routinely purges his personal feed, it never has more than a half dozen tweets that you can see.
