The public hearings demanded by the Republicans don’t seem to be working as they planned, his friend Roger Stone after a lifetime of criminal deeds is facing prison, there is a good chance his tax returns will soon be in the hands of his enemies, and Beshear and Edwards won their gubernatorial races, making him a “loser”. This has not been a good week for him — so sudden heart problems may not be an unexpected byproduct.

Another, possibly more likely event is that he had a panic attack. All the same triggers and symptoms.
