Just was doing a quick scan on chrome 94 and certificate issues. I do not run Apple so cannot say how things interact, though.

It looks like chrome had three updates in September 13th, 21st and 26th. And three more in August. If it was Windoz, I would look for library incompatibilities in assorted software. The original 94 update (Sept 21st) reportedly included a major update to SSL Certificate handling.

2. Although I wouldn’t recommend this… I was also wondering, since you apparently cannot proceed and ignore the error, if you could force acceptance of a specific website by explicitly whitelisting it through settings->Privacy and Security-> (Advanced) Insecure content.
