It appeals to Beavis and Butthead Frog Baseball humor fans.

The difference being that you knew that Beavis and Butthead were idiots who weren’t real. That’s what made it funny. I laughed at Beavis and Butthead when I was 15, and I can still laugh at them now when I’m 30, but I don’t see them cheerleading marches on D.C. Beck isn’t Funny Ha-Ha. He’s not even Funny Sad. He’s not even French mime tragedy material… He’s just some kind of harbinger of the mental apocalypse that may or may not be coming.
