A SLIIIGHT chance. Introversion is a tiny tiny little indie studio. Their xbox version of Darwinia took years to come out on console…hell I’m not even sure if it’s out yet! But anyway, it’s not really the right environment to play an Introversion game. Introversion’s first game Uplink (a hacker RPG, basically) is the sort of game you huddle over your computer very late at night, with all the lights off, getting into the mood of breaking into big government computer networks. :D And I suspect Subversion will be the same way.

But if you have a Mac, it should be out on Mac!
