How old is she? Somehow I suspect that Rep. Foxx isn’t factoring for how cost of living, flat wages, and rising school costs have effected the entire concept of “working through school.” Not, I suspect, that she’d care given her history of derp-y statements.

According to Wiki, she’s 69. Got her seven-year bachelor’s degree in 1968, a master’s in 1972, and an Ed.D. in 1985.

Sorry, but college expenses in the 1960’s are nowhere near comparable to what they are now. What I paid in books alone last semester was probably more than what she paid for an entire semester of classes.
