The little girl who falls on her face at the beginning represents Windows ME (the version after 98) right before Microsoft threw out the non-NT code and went with windows 2000. The falling on her face is pretty much what windows pre-NT did a lot.

.swf files on my current rig, which is not very current, just open a bunch of blank tabs. Flash and Win XP do not work together any more.
