….I know one thing as a 61 year old artist. I was around a lot of people that saw themselves as hippies. They were all for peace love and understanding. I saw what happened to many of them. They became Yuppie consumers that were all about themselves and what they could gather. I have a feeling a similar dynamic might be occurring in the new Sanders Revolution.

A lot of the protest movement in the ’60s was the same way—you notice the antiwar marches and sit-ins and whatnot evaporated the very instant the draft was eliminated.
