Meanwhile Subaru has ignored every comment I have made online about the lack of communication regarding the airbag recall. mr. klys and I are trying to figure out what we’re doing over Thanksgiving, because the plan of taking his car into Saline Valley sort of relied on me being able to sit in the passenger seat so we could use all the space in the back for things like “a full size spare tire” and “bad road gear.”

We got that recall notice back in July. The dealership is saying maybe early December for the repair but they can’t guarantee that they’ll have the parts. As far as they knew they were supposed to have gotten them in September.

Props to Cover Girl though.

Demand a loaner car. With a full tank of gas. I sure as hell would. And make sure it is something decent. Maybe drop a hint you are considering talking to some lawyers.
