Nevertheless, even the DHS has to follow the law, and any body can sue to prevent them from ignoring the law.

The question is - Trump pretty much is signalling that he’s going to start not following the law.

Maybe my understanding of the law is off, but if the contractor starts building in defiance of the courts, wouldn’t that open them up to lawsuits? If that’s the case, no company would do Trump’s bidding if it means being sued into oblivion.
