Yeah, I saw that… and not only that, but it has become a common argument (to be charitable) among the right wing.

Namely, that multiculturalism has blinded the “liberals” to the evils of Islam, which is why the “liberals” don’t accept why the “conservatives” are right about Park51 etc.

That’s the approach being pushed by not just May, but VDH and a host of others.
