Military Blocks Atheist Efforts to Feed Homeless

Oh yeah. I’m sure the Confederates will be crying out “NANNY STATE!” over this. Mayor Bloomberg and all that. Derp!

I’m not sure I understand what’s going on in that press release. They don’t really explain the issue with the military’s regulations, or how a “membership drive” (huh?) relates to collecting food for the homeless.
