Well gang I’m off to bed. I spent the weekend battling either a stomach bug or I ate something that wasn’t good. In any case I’m 5 pounds lighter than I was Friday and still feeling weak. Trying to get my fluid and electrolyte levels back up where they should be. It was a shitty weekend.
