On the recommendations of lizards, I’ve been watching Jessica Jones and The Expanse. I’m up to episode 3 in JJ and am liking it a lot, so thanks for the reco! The first ep of The Expanse was OK, but it took me a while to figure out who is where and how they all connect together. The sets and costumes are quite decent. It inspired me to buy the first novel in the Expanse series to my Kindle. I need some space opera to offer me some respite from the tedium of reading the second book in Game of Thrones.

I’ve decided I don’t need to read GoT. I paid for book 2, so I’ll try to finish it. But the later books, meh. There are too many other books to read, and life is short.
