Okay, I’m an Old (“get off my lawn!” *shakes fist*) and I’ve said this before, but I never, ever thought I’d see a time where the GOP was cozying up to the Russians. I mean, back in the day that would have gotten you accusations you were an evil Commie symp. Granted, Russia isn’t communist anymore, it’s some sort of kleptocratic plutocracy, but the Russians do not have America’s best interests in mind, so why are is the GOP snuggling up with Putin? And why does a progressive Democrat like me have to sit there and go, “wait, this is just WEIRD” in response?
