The whole concept of potato salad is gross. Doesn’t matter what you put in it.

Having been made deathly ill by a creamy potato salad in my youth on a band tour, I can agree with that statement, at least in part. I do like a bit of German potato salad, tangy!, on occasion. Rarely.
