Yeah well. Back in the olden days people were happy to lend a hand and pitch in, and then you paid it forward. But whatever somebody cooked for you, you would EAT IT & LIKE IT or if it wasn’t edible feed it to the pet or whatever and thank them profusely.

I think printing out a long list of their likes and dislikes was over the top. Helpful neighbors are not staff. If you want that kind of service, FUCKING PAY FOR IT.
