Yep, this needs to be broadcast, and Trump and state GOP officials need to be challenged on it.

The problem is they’ll say its all bullshit, but then still do whatever they feel is necessary after the election results are in and if they do ultimately pull these kind of shenanigans to put Trump in for a second term, they’ll have some excuse at the ready as to why it seemed “unthinkable” back in September but “necessary” in November.
