Unbelievable. The NRO article refers to generous “concessions” that a white majority may make if it holds overwhelming political power, and that such generosity may be less forthcoming as white political power decreases.

I’d like to know what these concessions are —- ending slavery? ending Jim Crow? Civil Rights Legislation? Affirmative Action?

Revolting way of looking at things.
