I mean, not necessarily. The world did not stop spinning after the Russians shot down KAL 007, or after USS Vincinnes shot down… Iranian something or other, I don’t remember the flight number.

As I’ve said earlier, this incident provokes more #OUTRAEG!!!1, but it doesn’t really change the fact that there’s no clear non-WW3 path for the West to achieve their goals in Ukraine, nor is it completely clear what those goals should actually be. IMO.
