How bad is it that Tillerson may one of the least bad members of this admin?

Tillerson seems to be about as arrogant, corrupt and evil as one would expect for an Exxon CEO tasked with destroying the state department. He may not be as much of an overt clown show as the rest of this malignant circus act, but I think he’ll end up being among the worst in terms of damage done.
