Speaking of prepared foods, found a rock in my frozen blueberries this morning.

I suppose the machine harvester just kicked up enough of the ground for it to get in. The rock was the size of the blueberries, which means it couldn’t be screened out by size.

Here’s a thing about blueberries (I know this since they are a major crop on my farm): blueberries are never washed before freezing. If you buy fresh or frozen blueberries, always wash/rinse them before eating them.
