Yeah, just one charge. Very lawyerly statement (no offense to any reputable lawyers.) The problem for the White House’s side of the story is that Flynn could have been charged with a whole lot more, so why wasn’t he? It’s not like he was some random, low level volunteer shooting off his mouth.

But so many people don’t bother with critical thinking.

He must have spilled a couple of truckloads of beans They caught him in at least 4 instances of lying to the FBI as I understand it.

I also read somewhere that they could have not charged him with more than one count so they’d be able to try him again if the case went sideways.
