Remember when there was a budget surplus under Clinton?

Rush came on to tell us that it is immoral for the government to take more money from us than it needs to operate.

- his ‘logic’ is fine and im all for it - but it cant only work when there’s a surplus
- in years where all of a sudden we find we have to spend more money than planned, taxes must be quickly and agreeably increased to cover the need (ya good with that rush?)

of course not, rush doesnt understand the concept of saving for the future
