I mean I hate to come off ageist but Bernie in his first year would be older than Reagan was in his last. The optics matter here especially since we’ve seen ample evidence of Trump losing his marbles. TBH I’m just not impressed by Bernie regardless. It’s easy for him to have the voting record he does given his state. And even then his voting record has some unpleasant stuff to it too.

The Democrats could run the proverbial yellow dog and I’d vote for them. In Bernie’s case, how happy I’d be about it would heavily depend on who his running mate is. Why do I suspect it would be Tulsi Gabbard?
