I think he would try something if he felt his power was threatened. That’s why he needs to be impeached and then beaten resoundingly.

I would have preparations in place so that if he tries anything, he is met with an effect equivalent of J. Random gangsters expecting to make a big heist, only to be met by massive amounts of SWAT and Tac cops…
