the only reason I would bring him up on charges or even military discipline, is because he admitted to breaking the law by usurping the chain of command. In this instance, we are either a nation of laws, or we are not. I have no issues with having that discussion, as we can speak to the nature of the TFG’s frame of mind and if his own administration should have removed him based on the 25th amendment (a reasonable suggestion, warranted even) but it would further expose more of the chickenshit lack of functioning of the TFG and Milley ends up falling on his sword for doing the right thing… well, I suspect he weighed that possibility when he spoke out. Based on how everything else is moving based on the TFG era of widespread corruption of norms, that means we can look forward to something happening circa 2024, unless the Military chooses to act independently of the DOJ.
