Don’t forget that we’re supposed to believe that these cuts will “pay for themselves,” even though the necessary economic growth to even begin to do so (before we see the full “plan”) would be in excess of the best peacetime growth this nation has ever experienced. Yes, that means greater growth than under Kennedy, Reagan, or Dubya, the three messiahs of the “tax cuts grow the economy!” trinity.
