Let’s hope this is a temporary blip and not a prolonged slide like 1972 here or the continuing disaster in Japan, which peaked at almost 39,000 in December 1989, eventually lost about 75%, and today, almost 30 years later, is still 40% lower than that top.

Let’s see if his economic team actually knows something that can benefit this country, as opposed to enriching Goldman Sachs.
