Can you even IMAGINE what might happen to this country if Kavanaugh said “I did that. I have no excuse. I was selfish and brutal and violent and entitled. Because of my behavior, you have had to live with pain and fear. I am sincerely sorry. I am not that man today, and I will do everything in my power to change attitudes so other men don’t behave like that. We cannot accept this from anyone anymore.”
A guy can dream, can’t he? If he did this, he’d shake the foundation of this country. But he’s just another fucking entitled asshole coward.

I wouldn’t actually believe him if he said it. Would you? There’s no way to talk yourself into being qualified for the court after doing that. We have too many well-behaved men and women who are qualified.
