Peter Principle — The fault is not his — he is totally incompetent and should never have accepted the appointment but then the fault really lies with the Senate who should never have approved him. Surgeon General — maybe — but HUD? no way. I don’t blame Trump for this — Trump knows and understands nothing about government. But the GOP Senators — they are the ones who knowingly and deliberately failed their responsibilities

I can definitely blame Trump. It doesn’t take a genius to know a surgeon doesn’t belong at HUD.
