I am merely pointing out the intended effect of the CRA leaves much to be desired at times.

Rights can be messy business.

That’s true of all laws. Laws are always messy. That’s why lawyers get paid so damn much. I remember my attorney dad telling me bedtime stories of insane legal quandries. :D
